Baking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (best to bake these on the middle or upper rack-but you know your oven best) 

Prepare your cookie sheet or jelly-roll pan with parchment paper

Put frozen or thawed cookie dough 2 inches apart (8-9 per pan). If you like your cookies a little flatter, thaw dough before baking. If you like them thicker, bake from frozen. 

Bake for 14-18 min

The bake time depends on your preference and your oven. I like my cookies to have a little “brown” on the edges so I cook mine longer. If you want them really soft, cook them for less time. Key thing: don’t over-bake. It’s better to take them out early than too late.

Right after you remove them from the oven, slide them off the baking pan (keep on parchment paper) and let cool or eat warm!
